Our Story

2007.

After years of dreaming, Tessa and Scott finally found the perfect little warehouse fixer-upper. With only one square corner they christened it “The Askew Building”.

New to commercial development, it was a year and a half of learning and hard work. Mostly hard work. But with expert help from their architects and subcontractors, a miracle was born.

A wonderful mix of small business tenants keeps the building feeling alive as the surrounding neighborhood continues to thrive.

Summer “Happy Hours” brings tenants and neighbors alike to celebrate live blues music under the stars and in the glow of the beautiful Minneapolis skyline.
